The cap’s lock-out feature positively prevents activation during tactical operations, transportation, or storage. Made from aerospace aluminum, Mil-Spec Type III hard-anodized and available in Black or Desert Tan, it’s a worthy upgrade for your Surefire or Modlite Scoutlight.

Sol & company is awesome! Surefire UE tail cap works as expected. But the better story is that the day after I placed my order, his area got hit with 8+ inches of snow. Even with the local UPS & FedEx drivers & facilities shut down due to weather, Sol still managed to get packages to the local hub and get them on their way. Repeat customer and I plan on making plenty more purchases with Rooftop Defense!

The tailcap is what it is. Its a Surefire product and does what its supposed to do.. I’d never ordered from Rooftop and only found them on a deep dive trying to find something that was OOS everywhere else on the planet. Rooftop had it and for about as cheap as it can be found. I was a little apprehensive because I’d never heard of them but the reviews I read praised them so much that I bit which is why I’m writing this. I received a genuine product but the service from these guys is what I’ll keep coming back to. Phenomenal customer service and just a cool, fun company!

Not much review on the Surefire UE tail cap, it works as expected. That said, this was my first order from Rooftop Defense and it will certainly not be my last. Their quality customer service and lightening fast shipping times (had a tracking number 10 minutes after I placed my order) have made them the first website I check when buying gun parts. If they have it, I’m buying it from them.

I would like to start by saying that this company left me in complete shock. I ordered two items off their website on February 5th, midnight. I woke up on February 6th, at 11am with my package on my doorstep! Not mention that one of the items I purchased was impossible to find anywhere else and cheaper through Rooftop Defense! (A Black Surefire UE Tail-cap) When opening my package, I found that everything was packaged securely and sent with bonus items! I received a copy of the constitution, and a pack of Shrimp flavored ramen, that stated and I quote, “ Brandon, We know this addiction is expensive, so enjoy a free meal on us, -Abbie”
As said before, it left me in shock. I love to see company’s striving for fast and good hearted service. For this, I will ALWAYS check rooftop defense for the items I’m looking for, even if they are more expensive. I look forward to doing more business with them, and will always refer them first.
