MAKING A RETURN

How-to

Products that are in a in new, unused and unopened state are eligible to be returned within 15 days of their purchase date for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
To make a return, please submit a completed return request
Once we process your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for returns over 50 dollars
Carefully pack the items in the same box or one of similar size
Secure the label on the package
Drop it off with USPS
Once your items arrive here, your funds will return back to your original payment method
Note: Cleaning and lubricating supplies are not eligible for returns due to containing liquid products.

Note: For returns involving a firearm, the restocking fee is reduced at 15% as we're unable to provide a prepaid return label for firearms.
