This is currently our most commonly asked question, and for good reason!
We are constantly ordering product throughout the week, every week. However, for a lot of brands and products, the manufacturers do not provide an estimated time of arrival. This list includes Surefire muzzle devices and complete rifles, uppers, lowers and rails from: Knight’s Armament (suppressors as well), Hodge Defense, Sons of Liberty GunWorks and Centurion Arms.
To increase your chances of getting these products, we recommend signing up for your desired product’s waitlist and joining us on the r/RooftopDefenders subreddit here for early product updates!
We ship ammunition to all of the continental 48 states minus NY, CT, IL and MA. While it is legal to ship ammunition there, we are an incredibly small shop and struggle to keep up with the extra administrative steps required to ship ammunition to those states.
When our shop and team grows, this is one of the things that I want to change. I’m sorry about that!
Our waitlist function on our product listings is currently manually operated. When we place your desired items in stock, we will send you and everybody else on our list an in-stock notification by email. These emails do not reserve or save inventory for you; so you have to be fast!
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or save inventory for you. Stocks levels are only reduced and your products secured after the checkout process is completed.
During the snowstorm that covered much of the southern United States from 12 to 18 February, UPS, FedEx and USPS all suspended operations. Now that they are operating, they have been experiencing minor delays as they continue to work through the backlog caused by the snowstorm. Please grant them a little leniency from the standards listed below:
Please allow up to 48 hours for your USPS tracking number to reflect changes. Their tracking system often does not update, or it will display a status of “in transit to the destination.” This is normal. Your package will likely arrive at your local post office in the next couple of days.
Orders shipped via UPS will typically display tracking updates around or before 9 PM Eastern.
We believe in low shipping rates! We offer USPS and UPS Ground for more reliable shipping due to unprecedented levels of delays and lost packages with the US Postal Service.
- All orders $100 or more are eligible to ship free by USPS. UPS Ground is an extra $7.50
- All orders under $100 ship for only $5 by USPS, or $10 by UPS
- The only exceptions to the above rules are orders under $100 that contain a KAC Barrel Extension Wrench; these orders will ship for $10
