Modlite PLHv3 DF Dual Fuel Light Head
This direct replacement light head is even further improved — boasting 1500 lumens and 60,000 candela.
The PLHv3 DF Dual Fuel light head can be used with the Modlite 18650 body or the smaller Modlite 18350 body or our handheld light bodies.
Lumen output with a single 18650 cell is ~1500 lumens and ~60,000 candela. While it is similar to the Surefire M600DF and even the PLHv2 light heads, the output and throw are much better suited for rifle applications. It has an output of more than three times the throw than the M600DF. It is the best balance of flood and throw available. Light output is slightly reduced when used with two CR123A cells.

- One 18650 cell in a 18650 body
- Two CR123A cells in a 18650 body
- One 18350 cell in a 18350 body

This is a Multi-Mode light head. Multi-Mode can be programmed to be in Single Mode output only without loss of any reliability, making this light head versatile and perfect for both rifle-mounted applications, as well as handheld use.
Do not stack 18350 cells into an 18650 body. This can cause the light to malfunction. Only use 18650 cells in 18650 bodies and 18350 cells in 18350 bodies.
