The takedown pin set is very high quality and looks great installed. On an LMT MARS lower, you could probably remove a 1/16″ to an 1/8″ of spring and make the installation easier while still retaining a solid engagement of the detent in the pin. As always the customer service here and the speed of order processing is top notch.
