The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is a greatly improved bolt carrier group made with superior materials and manufacturing processes.
The REBCG tackles reliability starting with their Stressproof bolt. The bolt is machined from a forging that utilizes a more refined variant of Carpenter 158 and later heat-treated for an extremely consistent and durable bolt. Each Geissele Stressproof bolt is also individually high-pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected.
The bolt carrier is machined from 8620 steel with extended carrier skids to improve feeding. The interior bore is held to a tight tolerance for a good gas ring fit, resulting in a very gas-efficient bolt carrier. Full-auto M16 profile for use in both semi-auto and select-fire ARs. The cam pin is machined from a much stronger steel for durability.
To top it off, each Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is coated using Geissele’s Nanoweapon coating. Nanoweapon is a chrome-nitride finish that maximizes corrosion resistance and lubricity.

Rock solid bcg, took out my colt bcg in my 11.5 sbr which was super dirt ,rifle dirty too. Dropped in this bcg no lube to see how it would run . The Nanoweapon coating made it glide like it was lubed up. Very satisfied .
