We listened to feedback coming from hardcore customers desiring an even more robust Micro sight. With a redesigned and reinforced house body, as well as flip-up covers protecting the lenses, the Aimpoint® Micro T-2 can withstand all types of environmental conditions.
At the same time, we decided to improve upon the optical performance of the sight which results in a new lens and an important breakthrough in reflective lens coatings. This makes the Micro T-2 match perfectly with the 3XMag-1 and 6XMag-1 magnifiers, both combinations give a fantastic optical combination.

A lot of people all over the internet have nothing but good to say about the T-2. But more interestingly, the only negatives people have to say about these optics is price. Well I have another negative to add: Aimpoint’s customer service is supposedly somewhat rude and take a long time to take care of your issue. Considering how I have only ever heard of this issue once in my entire life, it should speak volumes as to how reassuring it is that the overwhelming majority of Aimpoint customers have seemingly never brought this issue up. That is simply how well made and long lasting these red dots are.

This neat little optic came with my Ramen order and I have to say I am impressed. I use one on my SR-15 and another on my MP5 and both T2’s feel right at home. This rugged little optic is rugged , reliable, and in a compact package make it a wining combo. It is a red dot you can entrust with your life on a duty or work rifle. Money is overrated and you deserve a solid red dot optic so don’t settle for less.

The Aimpoint T-2 is one of the most, if not the most iconic red dot on the market. Proven track record, bomb proof construction, a battery life that IS the industry gold standard. You really can’t go wrong. I scooped one up to go on a 10.5 DD and have loved it. Mounted with a Scalaworks lower 1/3 mount, paired with the Scalaworks fixed irons, the build is silly light weight, and utterly bomb proof. My go-to for home defense and an always on red dot.
