LMT Standard Full-Auto M16 Bolt Carrier Group
This Lewis Machine and Tool bolt carrier group is a full auto rated, M16 cut carrier designed for long term durability and reliability.
The L7D3 is the perfect BCG for a Mil-Spec build or upgrade from sub-par equipment. The manganese phosphate carrier is machined out of 8620 Carpenter steel and has been magnetic particle inspect to ensure the dimensions are Mil-Spec or greater. The gas key has been properly staked to prevent the hardened screws from backing out over time and the heavier weight of the M16 profile helps to prevent bolt bounce during rapid fire. This LMT 5.56 bolt carrier is the perfect addition to your next “bomb-proof” ar-15 build.

Great BCG, LMT machining is great and exactly what you would expect. Pricy but worth it, you know exactly what you are getting. Rooftop has great customer service and ships the product quickly and efficiently.

Bolt does not move very freely in the BC, however it functions perfectly without issue… Just not satisfyingly smooth per se. Currently setup with a 14.5″ LMT M4/M16 profile barrel. Works well, but don’t expect the smooth operation of other LMT BCGs.
